I had a great experience Tawnshay Cater was an amazing front desk lady she did a great job made us feel welcomed she was amazing with our kids let there was a game room and a scavenger hunt for the kids and they got prizes at the end this in a great place to take kids yea there’s no pool but who needs a pool when you can do scavenger hunts and win prizes and play in the game room and eat cookies and popcorn

For starters, the room was fine with the exception of no tissues in it. This hotel has no onsite parking ( it's across the street) and it's an additional $20( not terrible) In addition, it's seven floors with an ice machine on each floor, but only one had ice!(I hit all seven floors and finally found one!) At least there are plenty of restaurants, breweries and bars within walking distance.

The room was clean, the air conditioning kept the room a comfortable temperature, and the bed was also pretty comfortable. The fridge worked, but it froze some of our liquids. The doors are very thin and the ice machine for the floor was right outside our room, so I was woken up all hours of the night and morning by people getting ice. The WiFi was broken so the entire hotel’s “system” was down, which meant I had to write my full credit card number and other information on a piece of paper to leave with the front desk. I have no way to verify if that was kept secure. The hotel’s parking lot was closed so we had to park in the city lot, which cost $36 for one night. Overall, staying here was a positive experience and we would stay again. Best price in town, and within walking distance of everything we visited that night.

It was okay for one night stay. No parking lot next to hotel. Parking cost $15.00 across the street and the walkability to the lot was awful. Hotel staff was great. Room service was overpriced, food was not great and it was left in the lobby.

There was no breakfast at this hotel as advertised. I would definitely suggest checking the actual hotel website for up to date information. Also no gym on site. You had to walk to get there. We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and the location was worth the trouble of staying at a not so nice place.
