CLEANING AND CARE • Please clean up after yourself. Let us know if anything is missing. • For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately. • Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS • 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in. • Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance. • If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook. • Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

We stopped overnight in Columbus on our way to the Hocking Hill area. The accommodations were just as pictured and described. We explored the area a little in our limited time and could tell there’d be plenty of spots to check out on a longer stay. Our interactions with the host were all great. Upon arrival, the code would not work on the front door but our call was quickly answered and the door remotely unlocked for us. We recommend this property!
Just as advertised. A delightful space. Attractive and well appointed. Wonderful to return to after a long day. Great dining options all up and down High Street and at North Market. Looking forward to a return visit the next time we are in Columbus.
This is a cute condo located right on High Street close to all the restaurants and bars In the area. We were visiting for the weekend for our daughter's graduation from Ohio State and the location was perfect to Uber to all the campus activities as well as things going on in Short North. The condo has most kitchen amenities you'll need but the coffee maker that's pictured in the listing does not work (total bummer) so be sure to either bring a small Keurig or you can walk over to Starbucks down the street. The ice maker likewise does not work so might be helpful to pick up a bag of ice when you arrive.
I was a little worried about only accessing the apartment from the rear from what amount to a small parking lot off an alley way, but it was not an issue at all. This was a great stay. Plenty of room, comfortable furniture, great location for a conference at the convention center and near amenities like a grocery store, etc. The only thing I would criticize, and it isn’t a huge deal, was that the bed felt a little broken down and like I was constantly sliding toward the center. That being said, I didn’t wake up with back pain or discomfort. Definitely would stay again! Also, the owner was very responsive and helpful, especially when my travel plans brought me in late and I needed check out information early because I was leaving on an evening flight and had booked the place to check out the next morning. Would definitely use Styer Properties again.
Daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Short North in this quaint, vintage condo. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Owner was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Close to dining and shopping right on High street and a short ride to campus for our daughter’s orientation. Will definitely return!
