Terrible experience! The entire hotel had a horrible odor, and the room was filthy. Stained towels and linens, dirty walls, and completely unsanitary conditions. I checked in and immediately checked out because I refused to let my child stay there. I was promised a full refund and still haven't received it! Unprofessional staff who won't even answer the phone. Absolutely unacceptable! I would NOT recommend this hotel!

We were given a smaller suite than what we paid for; there were suspicious stains & such on the walls in the bathroom and "kitchen" area. Only 1 towel and washcloth for 2 people that were staying there. It also seemed like they cleaned the "hardwood" floor with dirty dishwater. Do with that as you please if you plan on staying here.

When checking in I was told to “check the room to see if I wanted to stay there first.” Not a good sign when you’re trying to check into a hotel. The hotel was extremely dirty. Walked into a non smoking room but it had the strongest smell of cigarettes. Broken doors and locks. The bed was a cot. There was also dead bugs on the floor. I was uncomfortable to even sit down in the room yet alone sleep there. Told the staff member I would not be staying there. Was just told that they were sorry but thank you. The pictures posted are definitely old, because the rooms do not look like that now.

Rug has never been cleaned. The mattress was awful. I was treated horribly when I arrived and charged a higher price than what was quoted by Expedia. I was told I could leave if I didn’t pay the higher price. I was required to provide a deposit . After almost two weeks week deposit was finally refunded but I had to get my credit card company involved. I called the hotel but never get an answer . May be the worst hotel experience ever

When I got there, it was late so I was driving after hours so after midnight and there was no one at the front desk I waited a while before anyone came out to greet me. When I was finally getting in my room, it smelled like an ashtray. there was a hole in the bathroom door. Place just didn’t look clean and felt sticky. I checked out the next morning and booked a new hotel and I was not refunded any of my stay.

It is definitely a get what you pay for hotel. Random stuff in the room was falling apart like the dresser, the beds felt like sleeping on cardboard, you only get two flat pillows per bed. We spilled some water on the ground and used our hotel towels to soak it up and when we picked the towels back up, they were completely brown. The location is nice because of how close to everything it is. Internet doesn’t like to connect sometimes and will also tell you that you have too many devices on it. By far not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but I probably won’t rebook this one. It’ll do for a cheap place if you don’t have many other options.

At this property I had the privilege of having my Esa pet stay while I was at work just had to have him in his kettle and I experienced the good and bad gas station next door 24 hours also had a time use Lyft it cheaper than Uber here and if you busing be aware the bus doesn’t stops at the gas station or motel be prepared to walk bout a mile to bus stop . The bus company says the more we complain be a better chance of getting a stop between the gas station and hotel . It beautiful the customer service is well nice people no one stays any longer than they did too.here it’s and extended stay witha 2 idle stove top and regular refrigerator. Table 2chairs to eat tv Chester draw lamp and alarm clock.

Wifi : J'ai choisi gratuit, car je me moque du débit, en pratique, j'ai payé $9,99 pour moi ce n'est pas gratuit. a cause d'une erreur entre mon nom et mon prénom malgré le passeport, en descendant a l’accueil l’employée a mis l'option payante et s'est aperçue de son erreur mais n'a rien rectifié. Temps d’attente à l'arrivée : 10 minutes Alèse certainement en plastique bruyante et glissante. Lavabo bouché à 90%

The TV wouldn't come on. I called the front desk numerous times. No answer. Go all the way down and tell them, they explain how to make it work. I do it and it's all in Spanish and still won't work. Try calling again, no answer. Go all the way back and she comes and fixes it. Then I sit on the bed. Are you serious? Weird cheap metal bed frames but plastic on the mattress. Every time you move it sounds like a diaper. Kept me up all night long. Then while I'm awake at 3 am, I go to the bathroom and flip the light on and a roach goes running. So I kill that but now I'm up for the night cause I'm not about to fall asleep and have bugs crawling on me. Worst stay at a hotel I have ever had. NEVER AGAIN!!!
