"Clean room "

"When I arrived, the lobby looked nice.But you could tell the property was very run down. The first room I was sent to had visible bed bugs so I went downstairs and asked for a different room.I was given another room.It wasn't a much better shape, but\nNo visible bed bugs. The rooms had newer flooring in them. Nothing was upgraded. The headboards attached to the wall had been stabbed and scratched all up in both rooms. The first room there was dirt and debris along all of the walls and trim of flooring, the second one was a little bit cleaner on the floor.. We may do because I had already paid for the room and knew it would be a hassle to get a refund. The staff was very nice.I don't blame them for the conditions of the place.There was quite a few people staying there , so they must be used to those conditions. It did look unsafe but I had no problems with any other people in the area. Bads were surprisingly comfortable."

"Be prepared for extremely loud road noise all night. The windows are cheap and thin and block none of the noise from I-4 and Rt98 right outside. Two nights of no sleep. There's better for the money. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. From the moment we arrived it felt like a home away from home. Exceptionally clean, very well equipped. The host was a great communicator. There is a large fenced yard and a deck overlooking a pretty little lake. We liked it so much that we booked for next year before we checked out! Can’t wait to return next year."

"The hotel is in good condition but a little dated compared to others in the area. Staff was nice and very knowledgeable about all things. The breakfast area was tiny with only 5 tables available. Also there was only one elevator and i would say the bedroom and corridor rugs need to be updated as well. "
