Good location, female reception staff at check in was very knowledgeable and gave good guidance and a map to help get to the Lake. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. A 10 minute walk to the train station.

Lovely hotel outside Como

Lovely hotel outside Como but very close to Camerlata Station for easy access to Lake or Milan. Comfortable rooms and wonderful breakfast. Staff very helpful and all speak English. Parking on site an added bonus.

There are 3x B&B hotels in lake Como don't get caught out, city one near Giovanni station the others a bit further out at Carmalatta, good bus connections into centre 1;6,8 get off when you see lake. Carmeletta 7 mins walk to station direct to Milan

The room was fine with a lovely shower. The hotel is not far from the motorway and easy to access. We liked the secure underground parking and the breakfast. The small shop in the lobby sells drinks and snacks and microwave meals. Pinocchio bar down the road was good for beers and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

Highly recommend and convenient

Very convenient location in adorable Lake Como. 8 minute drive to the city center. Very easy to get to where we needed from here. They were very kind and held our bags in storage the day of our check out. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. Clean and spacious room.

Great two nights stay.

The location was in a great location to get to and from Lake Como and also Lugano (Switzerland via train and bus). It was also very easy to get to from Milano Cetrale. The Hotel itself was better than expected given the rate and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for breakfast at an extra cost and again, wasn’t disappointed. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows but as that’s a very personal thing to get right, you can’t please everyone! I’ll be looking out for B&B hotels in other locations.

Breakfast is good. Easy parking 10 min drive from como center. If you sleep close to elevators signal of elevator disturbing and easy to hear from room. Rooms are cold heating is not enough. Wfi is good and fast.
