Room was great as a base to explore. We were only there for a quick breakfast and to sleep but beds were comfy, room quiet but could do with some modernisation of the bathroom shower. Overall a good hotel, close to San Giovanni station and a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Como. Breakfast typical of most hotels in Italy and would happily stay here again.

The hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were basic, which is what we ordered. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was standard for Europe but as a vegan it makes it very difficult. I had raw tomatoes and cucumber and a nectarine for breakfast. The noise coming from neighboring rooms due to the scrapping or chairs on the floor and shoes made it difficult to concentrate on the film we were watching and to sleep, if they were awake later than us. The location of the hotel is very good, it’s between the train station and the city of Como. Overall it was a good stay.

We had a very pleasant stay and would especially like to thank Hash for her outstanding service. She was friendly, approachable, and always willing to help throughout our stay. Her positive attitude and professionalism made a real difference to our experience. If there is an employee's award, I definitely recommend her for this. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was well presented each morning. A useful added convenience was the ice machine located opposite the reception area, which was very handy during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality provided by Hash and the hotel team.

Clean room but not sound proof, you can hear someone dragging a chair or something else. But location is perfect, 5-7 min walking distance from the train station and 10 min from main attractions. Breakfast was good, not too many options but just okay.
