Convenient property located right in the heart of Como. Easy walking distance to the lake, dining options and cafes. The room on the first floor was clean and bright, with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

Camilla and her family were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Gave us great dining recommendations. This place is the perfect location and you can conveniently walk anywhere. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

The best location in town ... 2 bloody from the ferry station, restaurants options right in front of you , walkable from the train station, I totally recommend this place ... my room was huge , I was a little scared at the beginning because the pictures don't really show the condition of the place ... A little haven in the heart of Como

Position, position, position, a little haven in the heart of Como, an excellent location within walking distance of Como San Giovani train station and close to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The room was nice, clean and tidy with comfortable bed, pillows and a shower with good pressure. Communication for access was very good.

Location as others have said is very convenient to the ferry, Cathedral, restaurants, main harbor and shopping. Air conditioned which is a plus. There is a musty mildew smell at first (guess to be expected with heat and humidity) but room is very clean. 20 minutes downhill walk from train station. Rough with luggage. Take bus back. Bus stop short walk by harbor.
