We loved staying here during our trip to Como. The staff are attentive and helpful. Our room had a lot of character and space. The bath tub was really nice. Our view of the lake was pretty too. We would be happy to stay here again.

Our host was amazing and so friendly. The location of the room was wonderful, the size was good, the bath was so good after a hot day of walking around. I would have liked to stay longer, but it was fully booked!

Everyone talks about Stefano, I now know why, he is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. He’s charismatic, knowledgable and makes this traditional Italian property in Como. The property is also in the perfect spot and the room is exactly as pictured. The modern bathroom in room 1 was excellent. And wait till you enter the property through the large wooden door, it’s super cool. We will be back. Chris and Harry.

We loved our stay at L'Approdo di Sant'Agostino and would stay again! Stefano was so kind, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived to the hotel to the day we left. The room was huge, very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, very close to the ferries and to the city center. We LOVED our stay and wish we would have stayed longer. I 100% recommend it! Thank you for your hospitality Stefano!!

Fantastic location with a sliver of a lake view. But stop, restaurants, tram up the mountain to village above Como, and the ferry options up Lake Como literally less than a block walk. Spacious clean room and bathroom. Complimentary bottle of spumanti and coffee/tea. Fridge in unit was great. However, when traveling and site-seeing all day, it is important to sleep well and unfortunately the air-conditioned unit could not cool the room given the 90*+ temps, so sleeping well was challenging.

Check in is easy with clear instructions from Stafano a few days before check in. Stefano will greet you at the door with the introductions of the property. Hotel is near the ferry ticket counter and there are many reaturants and shops around it. 1min walk to the lake to enjoy the sunset.

Right on the water and surrounded by restaurants, most everything worth seeing is short walks away. A small convenience store and pharmacy is a two minute walk.. 3 min walk from Como Lago train station. Responding quickly to request.

This place was full on Italian charm! Stefano was our host and made us feel welcomed right away. The room was spacious, and felt like home. The location was wonderful, right on the water, with many food options all within walking distance. We really enjoyed village hopping on the ferry and wandering around enjoying the Italian neighborhoods and architecture.

Accommodation is located in a fantastic spot just of the boardwalk close to transport, restaurants and the old town. The room was very spacious and the bathroom had views of the bay. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms very clean. Our hoist Stefano met us on arrival, gave a great rundown on the property and has very friendly. This is definitely a place we will return to and recommend to friends.

This was a great place to stay in Como. Very close to the train ststion and ferry depot. The view was fantastic and the host was very sweet and offered several complimentary drinks. It was clean and the room was beautiful.
