Absolutely perfect stay. The location is right in the heart of Como, which made everything walkable — the lakefront, restaurants, shops, all just a few minutes away.
Transit is a real strength here. It's an easy walk from Como San Giovanni station, and it's practically next door to Como Lago, which makes arriving and getting around genuinely effortless.
The room was spotlessly clean and pleasantly modern, and — importantly for summer — the air conditioning worked beautifully. That's not a given in this part of Italy, so it made a real difference after a warm day out.
The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with directions or recommendations.
Nothing to fault. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-run place in a great location, this is it. We'd stay here again without hesitation."
