I booked as seen rating as 9. Not a 9 star hotel, would say more of a 7.5. Location highest review Price for the night very good But all the rest was dissapointing: room poor conditions. Heating system was also poor. The status of the room needs a refurb. Was ok for 1 night but will not be going back there.

Check-in information and process: excellent Customer service (Anna): excellent Location: excellent Facility: very, very basic - really not worth the price we paid, which was more than what we paid for the Hilton in Rome! The bathroom was old - the shower door wouldn’t close properly, and the plastic stand holding the shower gel/shampoo was so flimsy it fell apart. The lift was scarily slow. The entire place needs a thorough renovation. I’m sure it has seen its good days, but for the prices they charge, the owners need to invest in some serious upgrading! Anna was a gem, though.

perfect place to stay for those unfamiliar with the area, perfect base camp to go around the area, could not have had a better experience! The walls are a bit thin, so you can clearly hear into the hallways, and can hear people in the other rooms from your room. That’s the only downside but it didn’t bother us!

This was a perfect stay in Lake Como if you plan to be busy about town seeing the sites! We traveled by train, and this was only a few quick steps from the train station. The staff was super friendly and responsive. So close to all of the shopping and dining Lake Como has to offer. Highly recommend!

Tive uma ótima experiência. A Isabela foi um diferencial sem dúvida. Muito simpática, prestativa, deu indicações de locais pra refeições, nos tirou de algumas furadas e ainda organizou nosso check out de forma muito atenciosa. A área comum era muito aconchegante, com microondas, frigobar, máquina de café e água. Aliás, água mineral em toda a propriedade. Garrafinha e tudo. O jack e o Miau, gato e cachorro da Isabela que ficam por lá, são um toque de charme a parte. Camas, lençóis e toalhas macios e confortáveis. Tudo muito limpo. Café e torradas no quarto. Quarto amplo e confortável. Elevador para o caso de mobilidade reduzida ou para ajudar com as malas. Certamente me hospedaria novamente!

We had an amazing stay at the Convo! It is situated just one block from the lake and multiple restaurants and cafes. A short walk to the town for shopping and more restaurants. Isabella was wonderful and so accommodating. Bring euros or wire prior to arrival because they do not have any credit card capabilities there at the moment. We will definitely recommend the convo for any friends or family visiting Como!
