Melis Apartment, a stone's throw from Lake Como and Cernobbio, a few minutes from the Bennet shopping centre in Tavernola, offers a well-organised environment, ideal for families or couples. The flat is characterised by well-distributed and tastefully furnished spaces, guaranteeing a pleasant and functional stay.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by an anteroom equipped with a convenient cabinet for storing personal items, offering practicality and order from the very first moment.

The first room you encounter is the living room, a spacious and cosy room with a large L-shaped sofa , perfect for relaxing moments or for hosting friends and relatives. A TV cabinet completes the furnishings, creating an ideal space for watching a movie with friends in your free time. The beige tiled floor with antique motifs adds a touch of elegance and tradition.

The kitchen in shades of grey, in a separate room, is modern and functional and is equipped with all the necessary appliances. An extendable table for 2 persons allows the space to be adapted to different needs. The white marble-like floor lends brightness and refinement to the room.

The flat has two bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, offering ample space for a wardrobe and personal belongings. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe, perfect for accommodating children or for use as a guest room.

The bathroom, decorated in shades of pink, is equipped with a toilet, shower and a washing machine, providing everything necessary for daily comfort.

Outside, the flat boasts a balcony equipped with a table for 4 people, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing moments in the fresh air.

Quality bed linen, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

There are a few free public car parks in the vicinity of the flat. If there are no free public car parks nearby, you can park for free in the car park of the restaurant La Vecchia Tavernola (run by the owners of the flat), in Via Per Cernobbio 33, 22100 Como (CO).

MELIS APARTMENT is an excellent starting point to visit Como and its lake, but also to reach Switzerland in a few minutes. In 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot you will reach the historic centre of Cernobbio, with its Riva, small restaurants and elegant shops. In 15 minutes you can reach the centre of Como. The small harbour of Tavernola is 2 minutes away, from where you can take boats to the city centre and to other tourist resorts on the lake such as Torno, Argegno, Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and many others. The Bennet supermarket in Tavernola is a 2-minute drive away, with a wide selection of Italian products.



How to get there:

By car: Leave the A9 motorway at ‘Monte Olimpino’, the last Italian exit before the Swiss customs and follow the GPS for 6 minutes.

By public transport: Arriving at the station ‘Como S. Giovanni’ walk 3 minutes to the stop ‘Como - S. Rocchetto’ and take the bus N. 11 for ‘Como, Recchi’ for 13 stops, get off at the stop ‘Como- Via Tibaldi 6 (Tavernola)’ and walk to the flat for about 2 minutes.
