Excellent clean apartment that has everything one needs for a short stay, great location, wonderful host Angelo. Can’t beat the location as it’s centrally positioned with many many restaurants and gelato shops. Very near the dock for the ferrys to Bellagio annd Verenna and funicular for Brunate. Angelo, the host is very responsible and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

This place is right in the middle of all of the action, with a ton of night life and day time activities to keep you entertained throughout your entire stay. Amazing host, convenient/safe parking, and gorgeous apartment.

Vanessa’s apartment was absolutely perfect in every way. The location was as central as you can get. You’re steps from cafes, restaurants, the lake, and buses and train stations. The communication upon check-in and check-out was clear, timely, and friendly. I received a text the morning of our arrival with really helpful photos to show us where to go. The unit itself is flawless. It was great to have a place with air conditioning. We also had everything we needed in the kitchen to make ourselves a nice dinner on our last night. It was clean and comfortable, the bed was great and there was plenty of space. It was also great to do laundry (no dryer but it was easy to hang things on the balcony). I wish all rentals were as perfect as this! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lake Como.

This place was amazing! I brought my mother to Como for her 70th birthday present from Canada and Vanessa Apartment was perfect. Angelo was so communicative and thorough, checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, always just a call or text away! The location is perfect, steps away from everything, about 5 min walk from the ferry, steps away from a square full of restaurants and about 10 mins to each train station. Its almost tooo close to the gelato shop which is right downstairs haha. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, the washing machine was so nice to have after two weeks of travelling. There are two smaller fridges so you can stock up on snacks and things for breakfast if you want to save some money or have something different for meals. The patio was perfect to sit on for morning coffee and listen to the birds. I have been to Como three times now, and I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Angelo :)

This was an excellent base for our 4 days in Como. Hosts were excellent and very communicative. I highly recommend this unit as it fits all the scenarios for your visit. Can't wait to return.

Points positifs : - le check-in se fait en amont par mail et whatsapp. Donc, une fois sur place, il n'y a plus qu'à récupérer les clés dans une boîte à clés. C'est pratique et rapide ; - durant le séjour, A. se tenait à disposition en cas de question/problème. Les échanges par whatsapp étaient sympathiques. De plus, il a été compréhensif et nous avons pu prendre possession de l'appartement un peu plus tôt que prévu et le quitter un peu plus tard ; - l'appartement est bien entretenu, propre, joliment décoré et bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, climatisation, etc.) ; - l'appartement est très bien placé. Depuis là, Côme peut se visiter à pied (à deux pas de la Piazza Volta, de la Piazza Cavour et du Port, proche des restaurants et d'un supermarché, à environ 10 minutes à pied de la gare San Giovanni, etc). Bémols : - l'isolation phonique n'est pas très efficace si bien que l'on entend ce qui se passe dans les appartements voisins (même à 4h du matin !) ; - une fenêtre présentait des problèmes d'étanchéité et en cas de forte pluie, il pleut dans la partie cuisine. En conclusion, un bon hébergement à Côme où nous retournerions en cas de passage dans la région.

Die Wohnung ist toll und vollständig ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zu einer kleinen Straße, daher bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut (auch von den Fußgängern). Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das aber überhaupt kein Problem! Die Heizung funktioniert toll, Für den Sommer ist ein Stand-Klimagerät vorhanden. Es war wirklich alles perfekt, bis auf die etwas zu weiche und zerlegene Matratze im Schlafzimmer.

Perfect 1 bedroom, close to everything!

Beautiful, spacious one bedroom apartment in the heart of Como- just steps from the main square with plenty of restaurants, shops and beautiful architecture- and a 2 minute walk to the Lake, which was stunning. The apartment was spotless, recently renovated and comfortable, with a convenient washing machine to wash our clothes. Francesca was really friendly, prompt and easy to communicate with, and even allowed us a later checkout because our train wasn’t leaving until the afternoon. Will only stay here next time we visit Como!

Beautiful apartment. Exceptionally clean and modern with all the facilities you could require. Excellent central location. Some noise at night but this is to be expected due to the central location. Vanessa and Francesca were extremely helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Como.

Freshly renovated, this property is spacious, light, modern and comfortable. Location is perfect, being adjacent to the main piazza everything is super close by. Internet ✔️✔️✔️✔️ Bed comfort ✔️✔️✔️✔️ Amenities ✔️✔️✔️ ✔️Your hosts ✔️✔️✔️✔️ Bathroom ✔️✔️✔️✔️ Don’t waste time looking at other places. This apartment is value for money. Vanessa and Francesca were wonderful hosts and we were grateful on the rainy days for the space of this apartment rather than being cooped up in a hotel room.
