The Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Compton Pauncefoot Most of this lovely church is 15th century and built of hamstone; unlike the majority of local churches, there is no sign of any work prior to the perpendicular period. There is a Mass Dial on the would wall of the porch and the three bells were cast in 1627. The top of the spire became unsafe, and an 1980 an appeal was launched and with the help of grants the necessary work was carried out to make it safe.

The Old Rectory - Compton Pauncefoot. Next to the village church is the former Georgian rectory, dating from the mid C18, and Grade II listed.
