Thank you again! It was a wonderful stay. I love all the workers. They treat you like family and thank you Alpha again for making sure our room and service was top-notch.
This hotel was very clean and well maintained. The Pool was excellent, and breakfast was good with lots of options. I will stay here again depending on the price.
Best hotel in this price range in Conakry. Boring lobby, but much better rooms than Sonoma ( which has a better lobby). Comfortable beds, big tv, hot showers. Just a very pleasant western experience. Def. recommend over the gross IKEA inspired rooms at Onomo.
Hotel is in a lovely location looking at the sea. The neighbourhood has character but is dirty and shabby. like most of Conakry. The hotel is a welcome oasis.
Everything about this hotel was fantastic - service, comfort, safety, access to Sea Coach, and especially the pool. Would definitely stay here again should I find myself in Conakry again.
The view of the ocean was spectacular and breath taking. I like and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Shower was nice with hot water. The hotel ambiance is beautiful.
Beautiful, hotel and staff all across the board. Everyone took really good care of me. It’s been 23 years since I left Guinea so it was nice to see a hotel like NOOM

We stayed at the Noom from Friday to Sunday. We had a wedding here so I will give my thoughts about the wedding venue, the hotel rooms and the general staff. Let's start off with the good stuff, the location is breathtaking. The pool is very nice, well maintained and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a good vatiety. The restautant staff is very helpful, nice, warm, and friendly. The front desk staff is a hit or miss, some are helpful, most are not and act like you are a bother. Now let's talk about the wedding venue, it was very nice, done in a timely fashion and the buffet was excellent. The lady that is the hotel contact person for the wedding party was very rude to us. Without getting into numbers, this was very costly and we got an additional 6 rooms for people attending the wedding. She admonished us for being in the bridal suite while getting ready and taking pictures. Once the bridesmaids came downstairs, she was giving us dirty looks. All in all, it was a good experience and I recommend the hotel generally but it's definetly not 5 stars by any standards. And for the love of God, please stop masking sewage with perfume, it made one of the bridesmaids very ill and it smelled like perfumed sewage.
They forgot my luggage at the reception when I arrived (it wasn’t delivered to the room). I had to pick it up myself after two hours. The room cleaning was good, and the beds were comfortable. I ordered the buffet one day, but never received the drink I ordered with dinner. I also got food poisoning, though I ate salads, so I guess I only have myself to blame. Poolside service was good, with very friendly waiters. I don’t think the hotel is very old, but it’s starting to show wear – dirty tables and sofas.

Disappointing Stay at Noom Hotel: Far from 5-Star
I recently stayed at the Noom Hotel in Conakry, and while it claims to be a 5-star property, my experience didn’t match the rating.
The breakfast was the highlight: delicious with a wide variety of options and a friendly, professional team. The pool was enjoyable, and one staff member stood out for being helpful with umbrellas. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the room was quiet, with no outside noise. I also liked their ginger juice, which was a nice touch.
Unfortunately, there were several downsides. The pool service was frustrating—one staff member brought menus but never returned. When we did try the food, it was bland and overpriced, which felt unacceptable. The restaurant food in general, except for breakfast, was mediocre and overpriced.
The room was unimpressive, with a door that didn’t close properly and required force. On the first day, a staff member entered our room unannounced, which felt intrusive. The gym was tiny and poorly equipped, more of an afterthought than a proper facility. Staff professionalism was inconsistent—some were well-trained, but others seemed unprepared. To make things worse, the hotel charged a high fee for a late checkout, which felt unreasonable for what they offer.
Overall, Noom Hotel falls far short of its 5-star claim. While breakfast and the pool were good, the poor service, bland food, and underwhelming facilities make it feel more like a 3-star. For the prices, I wouldn’t recommend it.
