This spacious 2 story 3 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps up to 14 and provides a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, bed and bath linens (upon request & additional fee), wifi, BBQ pit, washer/dryer, wine cooler, telescope and outside fire pit and sufficient parking. In-house games [puzzles, board games] and outside games [corn hole, darts, washers] provided. Guests of Gringo Honeymoon will have access to FREE parking at the 2 major river crossings in Concan: Kenneth Arthur Crossing and 7 Bluffs Crossing and will be provided with parking passes at check in. This home is a short 1.5 miles from Kenneth Arthur Crossing and 2.8 miles from 7 Bluff Crossing and is in close proximity to local eateries, shopping and river outfitters.

Chairs - Folding or sack chairs for the river. Chairs from the rental are not to be removed from the property.
Paper Goods: Extra toilet paper and paper towels if you need more than our starter kit, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic ware.
BBQ - Charcoal, lighter fluid, and matches
Soaps: Bathing soap
Seasonings - bring your favorite seasonings including salt/pepper
