The room was dirty and the plumbing made the most horrible noise when you flush or any other room close to your room took video of the bathroom so you can hear it breakfast was sad as well nothing good about this place door seal was shot and light shining through and not enough blankets eather

The door to our room had a hole in the bottom large enough for a mouse to crawl in. The sink had no stopper to hold the water. The bathtub water didn’t drain properly and we never could get hot water in the bathtub. The table lamp by the desk had no light bulbs in it. The floor was gritty like it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

No coffee pot in room, no Kleenex, snow packed sidewalk (no snow for several days), heater temp not adjustable (knob locked on position) 2 styrofoam cups only, terrible value

Reliable Wyndham accommodation, but wi-fi did not work and had no password protection, also no blanket on bed, only sheet and bedspread. Could have requested blanket but husband already asleep.

Nice people, but..

People were very nice, we slept well in clean beds, but cleanliness in the bathroom was an issue. In the bathroom, there was a smashed bug and an empty soap package. Then, when I replaced the toilet paper, someone had stuffed a used pad into the middle of the new roll. Gross!!

We made a reservation here on the wrong day. I called immediately and was told that they couldn't change the date and there were no more similar rooms available for the day that I wanted. The only room that was available would cost me $145 . That was a lie!!!! I got on line immediately after the call and reserved the same room. I have been on vacation now for two weeks and have not used Expedia again. If you refund the cost of our 8/20/24 reservation I will consider you on our next trip.

Worst experience ever. The rooms were dirty the pool and hot tub was brown there was dust everywhere in the rooms not enough linens the receptionist was rude they told me my card would not be charged however it was even though it was paid in advance. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

What have they been smoke'n!

As soon as i walked n to check in the lady didnt tell me i had to go in to other doors so i felt stupid and then she straight up got down to it as if i interrupted her sitting there do n nothing. So as rude as she was i told her not to be rude and she had nothing to say at all. Then all nite long she kept messing with us knocking on the door while we were tryn to sleep and tryn to run away every time. But we seen her before she could b out of site this went on all nite long even before check out time in the morning. Then not only that there was a lighter left in the bathroom on top of the toilet hidden in a nasty wash cloth as if the broken ceilling wasnt enough to get rid of the smoke from whoever supposedly cleaned it last and well not clean not nice springs poping out hurting you all nite it was all i could afford and so so horrible

The front door, your very first impression of the building, does not fit. It appears to be broken. The valance of the draperies in the breakfast nook was inside out. There were no tissues in the room. The upholster chair that I sat in smelled like cat.

I had confirmed about 3 different times that I required a non-smoking room and yet when I arrived, I was told I had requested a smoking room. I don't know where the mis-communication went, but that is not what I had expressly requested online and in a msg that I required a non-smoking room.

Ceiling in bathroom falling in, large rat ran out of bathroom when we got up to use bathroom in the middle of the night. Ice machine is contaminated with something as ice has a strong tainted food smell. Walls are very thin...guy next to us coughed and hacked all night long....needless to say between rats and hackers we got no rest.

I'm very surprised i didn't find bedbugs. By far the nastiest place I've stayed. I slept for 3 hours and left. Staff was slobby and not friendly at all. I had to figure out my room number from counting the ones that actually had room numbers. My shoes stuck to the carpet. It said no smoking but it probably would have made the room smell better if i had. Pillows were chopped up foam in a bag. Holes punched in the door. One light bulb in a quad fixture. Zero stars! Place needs dozed to the ground!

When we arrived, albeit late, there was nobody at the desk. I called out-got no answer. I filled out the online form, after I had waited for at least 15 minutes, finally called the phone number. A woman came out then to answer the phone. She needed all my info that I had filled out online (name/address/phone/cc#/car, etc.) In the room, the bed was comfortable. The toilet was making so much noise after flushing, we had to turn the water off. No plug on the cord of the bedside lamp. Easy chair was old and sweat-stained. Shower was just ok. Breakfast was meager. No fruit, no yogurt, no hot food, no waffles. Outside doors had chipped, faded paint, broken window taped over. Very disappointing.
