"We stayed here in April and had the full gamut of weather from 79 degrees to below freezing. It was so peaceful to listen to the birds and the wind blowing through the pines. This was a beautiful home on a beautiful lake. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We ran out of dish soap and it was delivered right away. It has easy access to town, the state park, and the Movil Maze. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient. The room was cozy. The king size bed was very firm, so if you prefer a softer mattress you might not be comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again."

"Tried to get me to pay again upon arrival. Heating system didn’t work properly. Electrical plus sparked when plugging things in. Some outlets didn’t work. Hairs in the worn out bathtub. Sink was all scratched. The hotel is extremely run down. Bed was hard as a rock. "

"This was an amazing location! The plethora of amenities in terms of dishware, cookware, towels and other necessities was so convenient. We were up visiting our adult children and this house provided us with enough space to do meals with 9 adults. Best mini vacation ever!!!"

"The property was clean and convenient. Although I was surprised at the price, it was one of the more affordable options. Not a big problem, but our tv didn’t connect properly to local cable and when we called the front desk, we were assured that someone would come up to help us and no one came to fix it. Not a big deal for us but if we had wanted to watch tv it would have required another call."
