A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset! Very nice hotel in a very convenient location to restaurants and main attractions. Very helpful and cordial staff. Close to two places that offered breakfast options and more for coffee. Parking was great, just not close (200 m) but close enough for us. Also very quiet considering the location. There was a very loud musician in the square and we couldn’t hear him from inside the room. Small refrigerator came in handy for snacks. Great stay! Very nice room-immaculately clean! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Restaurant food was surprisingly delicious and plentiful for the price. Don’t use exterior of the building to judge how nice everything is inside.

Great experience and service! My girlfriend and I stayed at Sercotel Jardines de Uleta Suites during our trip to Vitoria-Gasteiz for the Ironman race. The hotel is located about 25-30 minute walk from the city center. Lorena at the front desk was absolutely amazing, genuine and had great energy. The rooms were much larger than anticipated and the breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable.

Our room was spacious, our host was helpful, and breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The town is nestled within wineries and surrounded by mountains for hiking. It was a bit warm with no air conditioning on the top floor but the fan and windows helped.

It’s a good location
