5/5 - Excellent
We loved Cong. We had spent time in Dublin and Galway prior, and we loved the village experience of Cong. We also had a car during our Cong stay and enjoyed our drive around the Connamara peninsula.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Everything about this castle was impressive. Our room was roomy and very clean with numerous amenities. The dinner and breakfast we had was excellent with much to choose from. The interior and exterior grounds were beautiful. I highly recommend this experience ...

Staff was very nice. Hotel well maintained. Pub had good food and breakfast provided had a variety of options. We were nervous about driving between the 2 buildings (it was narrow) to get to the parking, but it wasn't too bad. Definitely would stay again.

Titanic cottage was exactly what we'd hoped for: quiet, comfortable and well located. It took five minutes to reach the village of Clonbur with it's pubs and grocery. Micheal's thoughtful restoration of the cottage shows in every detail. The cottage was easy to be comfortable in. As a base to explore ...

This was a surprise. We arrived early and were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment. Beautiful views, and very conveniently situated.

Didn’t explore much of Cong since we had everything we needed at our accommodations (The Lodge at Ashford) but the little town is adorable! The pharmacy was very helpful too.
Love this little village. Of course we did the quiet man tour. My whole reason for wanting to go see where one of my favorite movies was filmed.
Cong is very tiny and most noteably the film location of the John Wayne and Maureen O’Hara movie The Quiet Man.
