In regard of space and equipment, this is one of our higher-class houses – it consists of a total amount of 130 sqm and is surrounded by an exceptionally well looked-after garden.
Recently, a swimming pool of 9 x 4 m has been added, a sheltered, cosy terrace fits perfectly for get-togethers and barbecues under the Andalusian sun.

-The house is furthermore equipped with 2 bathrooms, one of those with a shower and bathtub. - 3 bedrooms, on the ground floor one with two single beds and another room with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00m and upstairs a room with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and another single bed. It is possible to add an extra bed in a common area for up to 8 people (at a cost of 10€/night). - On the gallery at the second floor, facing the large living room, you will find a cosy reading area with a couch

The house lies in a quiet, more rural area, yet it is quite close to the city.
This house is to be found in the area of "Dehesa de la Villa". From the house, the next bars, restaurants and shopping facilities are to be reached in about 1 km. To the main-beach of Conil, the "Playe de los Barteles" it is abt. 2 km.

One set of bed linen and towels is added per tenant. It is possible to add a second set for an extra charge.
