"We had a really nice stay. The place is beautiful, clean, and very well kept—it feels fresh, modern, and comfortable from the moment you walk in. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the room had everything we needed to truly relax. Nathan at the restaurant/bar area was amazing, especially with the kids. He was so kind and welcoming, and that really stood out. The food was good overall, and breakfast was actually great—fresh and a really nice way to start the day. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and pleasant, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The only small downside was the pool wasn’t very clean when we arrived on Saturday, but it looked much better by Sunday. Even with that, we’d absolutely give it 5 stars and would gladly stay again."

"The room was quiet. There were a few issues though. Water pressure in the shower was very weak, so it took about 30 minutes for the water to even get warm. The whole room had a weird smell when walking in. There was a moldy looking substance on one of the curtains. And there were quite a few areas that could have been cleaned better (Vent in the shower, AC vent, shelf in the kitchen area). There was a bag and dirty towels in the hallway as soon as getting off the elevator, which was there all day.. "
