About this property

One-of-a Kind Cottage, close to lake, marina and golf, quiet and comfortable

  • See photos and video to view beautiful 3 bedroom (2 queens and 2 twins)/ 2 bath (full) cottage on east side of Conneaut Lake. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Cathedral ceiling in living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. 2 wide screen TVs and WIFI. Central air, ceiling fans, and washer/dryer. Large yard, wrap-around deck with tables, and gas grill. Off-street parking. Walking distance to small swim/sandy beach area with a few chairs, parking and boat ramp (about .4 mile). Close to marina, restaurants, Iriquois club (event venue) and local attractions. (Photos show most recent furnishings on main floor and upstairs bedroom. Video is accurate except that some furnishings have been changed and the main living area now has two comfortable swivel chairs in place of the bench which is now in the upstairs bedroom.)

Relaxing getaway

This place is perfect for a quiet stay away from home. Sharon has thought of everything that you could possibly need. The house is decorated beautifully and is in a great location at the lake. Would definitely stay again.

Delightful stay

Second time here. Always a great stay. Good space and easy communication with host. A few issues with dirty dishes but nothing big. House is wonderful and we always have a wonderful time with our family here.

We have good friends that live in our neighborhood in winter and we love coming up from HOT Florida to cool off at Conneaut Lake. We would stay here again as it was very close to venue. Perfect, older cottage but clean & comply

Family time

We came to the area for a family function. We wanted a place that my siblings, myself, our mom, and spouses could all stay together. The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great, it was very clean which is important to us, and there were many thoughtful touches provided. We look forward to staying here in the future when we need to be in the area.

Wonderful, cozy stay!

My wife and i and her sister stayed over a 4 day conference. The place was set up very quaintly and accommodated our needs very well. The house was clean and there were extra hospitable touches like a basket of snacks that made us feel at home. Wonderful experience! Also, Sharon was very responsive to any questions or accommodations we had.

NOT your typical VRBO

This IS a home-away--from-home experience. You feel welcome from the moment you arrive and regret having to leave. The owner has lavished love, attention and pride upon the property and it shows. Everything you could expect and more, is included, from soaps and basic toiletries to a complimentary wine basket, spices/condiment and puzzles and games for both children and adults are on site. We HIGHLY recommend this cottage/home to all.

Fabulous home

Well stocked with needed items to make an extended weekend with family easy. Location is quiet and pretty! House is so nice. Plenty of room, lots of outdoor space. Used the grill…so nice to have extra tank in case. Family games (we brought ours but there were some there too). Close to most everything. Will stay again for sure.

Great Escape to See The Eclipse

This cottage was perfect for 6 adults to watch the total solar eclipse together! It has a big deck front & back and we enjoyed it immensely! Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Close to small town of Conneaut Lake and the lakefront ( although it has no view). Meadville is nearby too with groceries and a great meat market, Malady’s. We loved our stay and were so happy the clouds cleared and we saw the total solar eclipse!! 🌖
