"Didn’t really use amenities but everything was cute and nice."

"Quiet and staff very helpful, great views and has the Starbucks...food at the bistro could be better it was not the best Courtyard food, but it's NY and there is food everywhere!!! but the staff were fantastic!!!!"

"Rooms were clean and the front desk staff were really helpful. The only issue was that the breakfast was really busy and the things like waffles and eggs would run out 20-30min before the actual end. The quantity should have been planned and made ready based on the guests."

"Solid choice"

"Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately on the booking it says there is parking but they don’t have any parking or valet. You have to go park your car in the street in front."

"Cleaner rooms"

"El hotel estuvo excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, a pasos de Herald Square, el subte y el Empire State, lo que nos facilitó muchísimo movernos por la ciudad. La habitación fue cómoda, limpia y con todo lo necesario para descansar bien después de largas caminatas. Muy lindo todo."

"The room was clean, but unfortunately very small. Once we had put our luggage in, the space felt cluttered very quickly, making it difficult to move around comfortably. "o hotel é dentro a times square, localização excelente pra metro. é possível conhecer toda Manhattan hospedando ali. o café da manhã é bem cheio de gente e básico no quesito opções. no mais tudo muito limpo, cheiroso e fácil acesso"

"The staff was very friendly and the room was extremely clean!"

"It’s very hard to find no signage out front"

"Todo bien lo unico malo, es que no te devuelven el anticipo."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Very clean and nice rooms! The room was very updated and made for a great stay!was very nice that the concierge held our bags for us after checkout so we could go explore the city more! Will be coming back next time we are in NYC. The “rooftop” bar was a little lack luster but Fraunces Tavern a few blocks away was a great historic place for food and drinks!"
