Having been in Sicily for already 3 weeks the menu at Vela was a welcomed experience worthy of a trip there for sure. Alice and Giada and whole staff were absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended and will visit again for sure."

They solve your problems immediately if you have any (we had a problem (my wife felt ill at ease) and they organized an ambulance at once). Nice pool, clean and cosy. It’s cleaned up every morning and is open 9.30-19.00. You have got a coin douche, toilets, transats. Well, you know it’s not a five stars hotel, but it’s calm and six minutes walk to the beach. There is a free parking, it’s not near the hotel, you should walk 3-4 minutes. But it’s quite practical. Good breakfast for this hotel. For those who smoke : book rooms with a seaside view, otherwise you’ll be fried on your balcony afternoon."
