I cancelled this stay on hotels.com. The system glitched and my card has still been charged. Hotels.com is doing nothing to help get a refund and soda butte lodge will not answer their phone. I have tried calling them 20+ times now and have initiated a charge back with my creditc ard.

The cabin is charming and super convenient to the Lamar Valley if you are coming for wildlife watching. We really loved staying there and will definitely return in the future. The host is also very nice and responsive.
