Completely remodeled interior provides a modern day kitchen with a rustic farmhouse appeal, gorgeous bathrooms with pretty accoutrements, large, well planned rooms and outdoor areas which provide plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Springfield, NY.

You'll love the cozy west facing sunporch where you can enjoy the lush greenery, under cover, along with nice summer breezes. Or, opt for the east facing deck where you can enjoy sunshine, outdoor dining, a unique fire pit experience, and a nice play area for kids on the back lawn.

Bedrooms are quaint with a keen eye on comfort and a eclectic aesthetic you'll want to incorporate into your own home! Truly a perfect spot to hang your hat for a spell.
