Terrible cleaning - standard room not maintained properly with illigal electrical installations, toilet where you sit under the zink (yeah), not place to stack your clothes, windows could not be closed 100% which led to windnoise and cold. Good TV channelse for sports - Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and German.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The location is not close to downtown Copenhagen. However, there is a train station located about a 10-12 minute walk from the hotel.

The property was ok. The staff was unfriendly. We traveled overnight and were extremely tired but upon calling were told there were no early check-ins allowed (although the site specified that upon paying 200 you might be able to check in early). There was a table of finger foods set out and I started to pick up something and was told that I could not eat that. That was for a conference. I was surprised by the lack of tact of that individual. I am sure most of what was left was thrown away. Overall, the room was ok, but the staff was very unfriendly.

Meget støj

Personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme, men støjen på værelset var slemt. Der kom lastbiler, skraldebiler fra kl. 6 om morgenen, som holdt og larmede lige under værelset/facaden. Ligeledes blev der kørt med havemaskiner/havetraktorer kl. 6.30 fra et firma som holder til samme sted som hotellet.

Værelset var enligt OK, men badeværelset kunne være i bedre stand, skulle funktion på toilet var dårligt, og afløb i bruser var nærmest stoppet til, meldte det til receptionen, og testede det efterfølgende, men der var ikke den store forskel på hvor godt afløbet var blevet. Restaurant er maden rigtigt god, baren rigtigt god.

Kedelige mangler på et godt hotel

- Rent - Mange stikkontakter - Borde og gode stole - Håbløs hovedpude - Morgenmadsrestauranten lukkede på det tidspunkt, hotellet annoncerer. Har i mange års hotelerfaringer aldrig oplevet dette. 'Morgenmad 6.30 - 10 betyder, at man bliver lukket ind indtil kl. 10, hvorefter man kan nyde sit måltid uforstyrret.
