Very classy hotel, excellent breakfast. Staff friendly and polite. Free coffee at reception in morning, free glass of wine between 5 and 6pm, and even a free nightcap from 10-11pm

Loved this hotel and the surrounding neighbourhood! It was modern and architecturally stunning, and the area was really quaint and lovely. Would definitely go back!

Breakfast was superb! We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was lovely, fine dining. The staff helped us every day with directions and good suggestions. They were wonderful. We enjoyed the gym, too. Our only complaint is that the closet is small and there are no drawers at all, so we really couldn't unpack much. Otherwise, a gracious experience.

Beautiful

Beautiful design, great amenities and super clean. Staff were lovely. Hotel offers a “happy hour” with free wine and a “night cap” with free spirits. Such a nice idea and was much appreciated.

True discovery ! Perfect blend between authentic architectural features, scandinavian design and danish hospitality. Highly recommended for a citytrip but also nice space to catch up on work in the lounge.

Nice hotel with poor A/C and Gym

Rooms were nice but there was no air conditioning so the rooms were really warm (+23C) even during the night which is way too high to have a good night sleep. Breakfast was 3,5/5 but gym was 1/5. Staff was very friendly

Wonderful stay

Our stay at Hotel Ottilia was wonderful! The staff were so accommodating and friendly, and the hotel itself was beautiful. I have recommended it to my friends and family for when they travel to Copenhagen. The room was beautifully decorated, and it was so comfortable! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, and keep up the fantastic customer service that you provide.

the hotel needs more maintenance. The plumbing is in bad shape. The rooms have no frigs, no shelves and no drawers to place small things in. There is not a restaurant for lunch or light meals. Rating should be two or three stars -- not any more.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The included drinks twice a day is just amazing. Great breakfast buffet (which you pay for) well worth it though! Hands down best breakfast I have had at a hotel. Super fresh and almost all organic. My only complaint, which is a silly one keeping this hotel from gaining 5 stars from me. There is literally zero air conditioning in the entire building. No fans in the room. I was literally sweating every night even with the window wide open. Air flow is a thing. Just not available at this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I don’t believe I’ve ever written a review for a hotel before, but this one I had to as I believe we all deserve great experiences when we are on vacation. The staff was amazing. They have wine on the house in the afternoons and spirits in the evening. There is also coffee to go on the house, and breakfast. An amazing restaurant is on the roof (enclosed) with incredible views all around of the city. The room was spacious, super high ceiling and a lovely charm to it. It was clean and smelled great. As soon as you step out, you’ll find the Carlsburg museum to the left. There are awesome cafés starting five minutes away. It’s about 30 minutes walking distance to the meatpacking district and an hours walk to Nyhavn. I would highly recommend this place. In fact, I just discovered that there are in other locations and I will be looking for them first wherever I travel to. Enjoy!

The bedroom wasn't the one they sold me. So tiny, no table and chair as described. No frigo bar, no water bottles. The air conditioner not working properly. They have own laundry and they washed the clothing, towels etc during the night, right under my bedroom and rest of them (I have pictures). My flight was cancelled for the first night and they didn't accept not charging me for the first night even offering proof of the flight cancellation. Just don't go here.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, problemloses Checkin. Zimmer leider zur Strasse und nicht zum Platz. Von daher sehr laut, da wir aufgrund der grossen Wärme im Zimmer mit offenemFenster schlafen mussten. Klimaanlage ließ sich nur bis 19 Grad herabsetzen. Wir hatten einen Aufpreis für das Zimmer bezahlt dieser ist jedoch nicht gerechtfertigt.
