Our Studio on the 4th Floor of Telemark Lodge in Center Village at the Copper Mountain Resort, which comfortably sleeps six, is a quiet end-unit with two oversized Bay Windows [one of which with a fully-cushioned window seat with excellent views of the "Sky Chutes", the Ten Mile Range & the ski slopes at Copper Mountain], with lots of natural light and a Gas Fireplace that warms up the entire Studio and provides a cozy atmosphere. Walk to Center Village in minutes (no buses!). One FREE heated, covered parking spot is included (a $65.00 value daily).

RECENT UPGRADES: NEW shower / tub with Moen rain shower head; NEW vanity & bathroom lighting; NEW Custom Granite Counter-tops, NEW sinks and NEW faucets in the kitchen, bathroom and extra vanity plus NEW mattresses for the Queen Murphy Bed as well as the custom bunk beds.

OUR QUIET, BRIGHT AND AIRY FOURTH FLOOR END-UNIT STUDIO FEATURES:

• Queen Murphy Bed with brand-new 12 inch thick Gel Memory Foam Mattress with CertiPUR-US Certified Foam with a thick & luxurious Mattress Topper [sleeps two]

• Custom Bunk Beds with brand-new mattress and thick & luxurious Mattress Toppers with Individual Reading Lights [sleeps two] in a separate part of the Studio

• Two Italian-designed / manufactured Roll-Away Beds [sleeps two], which you can keep closed if not needed.

• An end unit with two oversized Bay Windows (one facing East, with a fully-cushioned window seat the length of the entire window, and the other facing North, so plenty of natural light), featuring incredible views of the "Sky Chutes", the Ten Mile Range and the Copper Mountain Ski Slopes [all windows have fully-operational blinds].

• Gas Fireplace with timer (The Gas Fireplace heats up the entire Studio and provides a cozy atmosphere); Fully-cushioned Window Seat at the East-facing over-sized Bay Window; Plush Full Leather Sofa; Comfy Leather Reclining Chair (which reclines all the way); Solid Oak Coffee Table; Flat Screen Television with Remote [Cable TV]; CD Player/Radio; Humidifier; Small Dining Room Table that can be configured for either two, three or four and Kitchen Counter Seating for four on bar stools.

• Full Kitchen, including full-sized refrigerator; full-size electric stove & oven; wall-mounted full-sized microwave; full-size dishwasher; in-sink garbage disposal; 12 cup coffee maker; 2 1/2 quart tea pot; blender; toaster; matched dinnerware, glasses [juice, water, wine / spirits] and utensils for six; assorted large and small pots (for soup, pasta or chili), small slow cooker, frying pans, Pyrex baking pans; roasting pans; serving dishes & platters; glass carafe; 1/2 gallon plastic container for lemonade or ice tea; plastic storage containers; wine opener, bottle opener and all necessary kitchen gadgets including all items necessary to bake cookies, pies and cakes.

• Full Bathroom, including a sink, mirror, wall-mounted blow dryer, toilet bowl and a combination full-sized bathtub & shower.

• Extra Vanity outside of the Full Bathroom with a sink & mirror (allowing two people to get ready simultaneously).

• A pocket door between the custom bunk beds [which are adjacent to the full bathroom & extra vanity] and the main area of the Studio [with the Queen Murphy Bed and the two Italian-designed / manufactured Roll-Away Beds], which allows complete / full privacy between these two parts of the Studio. When the pocket door is closed, people sleeping in the custom bunk beds cannot see people sleeping in the main area of the Studio (and vice-versa).

• Completely empty Guest Closet with an ironing board & iron, empty top shelf for storage, luggage rack, numerous hangers and plastic shoe / boot pads. The Studio also contains several empty drawers for clothing storage and ample storage space under both vanities as well as in the kitchen.

• FREE High Speed WiFi with a router located within our Studio.

• Ask us about our negotiated 20% discount for ski / board rentals at Christy Sports in East Village (Full service retail, rental, repair and sports shop).

• The total sales tax for our Studio is 12.38% of the total rental fees & cleaning fee. The 6.38% sales tax for Summit County and the State of Colorado is automatically collected by VRBO at the time of your initial reservation but the 6.0% sales tax plus $3.95 credit card fee for the Village of Copper Mountain will be collected separately by us shortly AFTER your reservation when we send you a new Payment Request for the additional sales tax.

• For four or less occupants, there is NO additional charge beyond the daily room rate but we charge an extra $45.00 per person per night if you have more than four occupants since our Cleaning Service will have to set-up (and eventually pack-down) the two Italian designed / manufactured Roll-Away beds.

• We offer an optional mid-stay cleaning (clean towels, clean bed sheets, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of the kitchen, extra vanity and bathroom) for an additional cost of $75.00 plus applicable sales tax. Please notify host if you are interested in the mid-stay cleaning.

TELEMARK LODGE FEATURES THE FOLLOWING AMENITIES:

• Telemark Lodge is a 3 minute walk to Copper Mountain's Center Village [the main area at Copper Mountain with numerous shops, restaurants and bars] with quick and easy access to both the Rocky Mountain Coaster as well as the American Flyer Ski Lift and the American Eagle Ski Lift. The Summit Stage Bus Stop is located less than 200 feet from Telemark Lodge providing FREE bus transportation throughout Summit County via the Summit Stage. Copper Mountain has a complimentary resort-wide bus system throughout the resort [the closest resort bus stop is directly across the street from Telemark Lodge at Passage Point, about 50 feet away] .

• Two Secure "Code Access" Heated Parking Garages, one of which has a complete Ski and Board Tuning Bench. You will have one FREE parking pass for your use in either of the Heated Parking Garages for the duration of your stay. Additional FREE parking at the North Alpine Parking Lot and the Far East Parking Lot (both served by the FREE Copper Mountain Resort Bus System).

• Secure "Code Access" Ski Locker Room with a specific assigned locker for ski / snowboard / boot storage on the first floor for your exclusive use for the entire duration of your stay. You will have exclusive access to locker 407, which is large enough for several sets of Adult Skis and/or Snowboards and/or Boots, for the duration of your stay. The ski locker key is located in the Studio. In addition, there are wall mounted ski / snowboard racks in West Garage for which locks are available for $20 refundable deposit (i.e. Contact Building Manager). Finally, there is a non-secure ski & snowboard rack in Lobby.

• Immense European style lobby (including large gas fireplace), which is a perfect staging area for either going to or returning from the nearby ski slopes at Center Village. Several luggage carts are available for loading / unloading your luggage and gear. We have a lobby mailbox (#16), which contains the key cards to our Studio as well as an extra (emergency) ski locker key. There are common Men's and Women's bathrooms adjacent to the lobby.

• Ice Machine on the 2nd Floor.

• Secure "Code Access" Hot Tub Room with mountain views out of the two story windows with a handicap lift, shower & bathrooms on the 3rd Floor. A perfect place to relax after hitting the slopes!

• Two Over-sized Washing Machines and Dryers and Ironing Board in the Laundry Facility with a change machine (the machines take quarters) as well as Soft Drink / Snack Vending Machines on the 4th Floor.

• Deck, picnic table and gas grill are located in the rear yard of the building.

THE COPPER MOUNTAIN RESORT FEATURES THE FOLLOWING AMENITIES:

• Known as the 'Local's Favorite,' Copper Mountain is the largest ski and snowboard resort in Summit County. It is also the only ski resort that features naturally separated terrain, allowing beginners, intermediates, and experts to ski and ride on their own distinct areas of the mountain. With 2,433 acres of ski able terrain, Copper Mountain is the biggest and least crowded mountain resort area in Summit County, Colorado. Despite being the biggest, it has the least amount of lodging units available which is the main reason for Copper's uncrowded lifts and runs. With its naturally divided ski terrain that separates skiers by ability across the mountain, Copper has been called 'the most nearly perfect ski mountain in the United States' by the Forest Service.

• Copper's central location (situated between Breckenridge/Keystone to the east and Vail to the west) makes it ideal for the guest who wants to get out and enjoy other resorts as well. In addition, it takes less than one minute after exiting I-70 to reach the entrance to the Copper Mountain Resort.

• Ski School for Adults and Children; Woodward Copper; Woodward Copper Barn (19,000 sq ft indoor wonderland); Tubing Hill; Critterland (winter wonderland for toddlers); Kid's Night Out (FREE Childcare - see website for details); FREE Ice Skating; FREE Mountain Tours; FREE Tucker Mountain Snow Cats; the Copper Mountain Spa & Athletic Club and the Rocky Mountain Coaster.

• There are many restaurants, bars and shopping venues throughout the Copper Mountain Resort including Alpine Bank (with ATM), a liquor store, a convenience store, a gas station as well as the Copper Mountain Spa & Athletic Club. Just minutes away on I-70 are the alpine towns of Frisco [Walmart, Whole Foods & Safeway grocery store], Dillon [Dillon Reservoir] and Silverthorne [Outlet mall, Target & City Market grocery store].

Great Location!

We enjoyed it so much the first time that we stayed a second time also! Very comfortable condo. Perfect for our family of 4, but could also sleep 2 more very easily. Great location with an easy walk to center village. The owner is very easy to communicate with and all the instructions to access the condo were perfect.

Great location

A shuttle picks up skiers just outside the building, but it was also a very close to walk to the American Flyer lift. Also it is close to the restaurants and shops in Center Village. There was a little bit of highway noise, but not bad. Beautiful view from the very large condo windows. Good communication with the property owner—He was very helpful.

Cozy Stay for Short Ski Escape to Copper Mountain

Our recent stay in Copper Mountain at this cozy condo was a perfect fit for the two of us. The owner was available at all times before our stay, as well as while we were visiting, to answer any questions or concerns. We enjoyed the mountain views this corner condo provided and loved having the gas fireplace which was simple to use and helped keep us toasty. Except for a few days of breakfast, we ate most of our meals out, but the kitchen seemed to be adequately stocked.

Top-notch communication from Joseph, the owner—highly proactive, super responsive and very kind. The unit itself is in a good shape but could use some updates—the blinds on the bay window need a replacement, the very old thermostats need updates too; the kitchen utensils were sufficient but having only one frying pan that has seen better days was a bit of a let down.

We had a wonderful stay. Our only complaint is if you have a truck it is not allowed in the underground parking. We parked down there the first night and got a ticket saying we had to move. We fit just fine byt the bumper was about an inch past the yellow line so its not allowed. It is building policy. The owners are great, condo was bigger than i expected and perfect for us. Location and view was wonderful.

What an amazing experience!

We love Copper Mt. and drive up often for day trips but this was our first experience staying for a few days and it was perfect. The owner was personable and professional. His communication was first class and everything was so easy and effortless! I can not recommend the studio, the location, and the owner enough, you will not regret your stay.

Great Stay

The check in process was exactly as described. I was a little confused about whether I had an early check in or not. However, once we were checked in, the stay was fantastic. Loved the fireplace, the bed was comfortable. Perfect cozy getaway for my fiancée and me. Thanks a lot!

Copper Mountain is such an amazing area and this condo shows it off big time! The view from the big picture window is stellar! I could’ve sat there all day each day of our reservation! The place was super clean and Joseph the host was amazingly communicative and helpful. I recommend this condo for anyone who wants a great getaway to the Copper Mountain area!

Excellent! Would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect! This was a last minute trip for my 3 kids & I to enjoy my Daughter's 18th birthday. The place was exactly as the pictures showed. It was very quiet & clean, with a well stalked kitchen, cozy feel to it & comfortable beds. The place was conveniently located near the Copper Mountain coaster, breath taking scenery, near by restaurants, grocery shopping & other surrounding towns in Summit County that house the outlets, marina, hiking, 4 wheeling etc.. Communication with the owner was superb! They delivered everything as promised in the description & were very friendly, helpful, quick to respond & checking in & out was a breeze. This is a great place for friends/families to have some fun & relax. I hope to return at some point.

This condo could not have been more perfect. It was clean, comfortably outfitted, recently updated, and the view was absolutely superb. There is a small cushion in front of the window, and every night my friend and I would sit on the cushion and look out at the stars over the mountains. Even more impressive than the condo was the graciousness and helpfulness of our host and condo owner, Joseph. Joseph went so far above and beyond anything I ever anticipated for a property owner, that I know staying anywhere else in the future will likely be a disappointment. He told us how to get to certain hiking trails, recommended restaurants, gas stations, things to do, and he even checked in on us to ask us what we did on certain days, and if there was any other knowledge he might be able to impart on us during our stay. He genuinely made our trip better by recommending not only an excellent hike up to a lake in the mountains, but he told us step by step directions to reach a destination I had been to 6 years before but could not remember how to get to! I very much hope to be able to stay in this very same condo again in the future, not only for its comfort and beautiful views but for the joy of speaking with Joseph again and having his help to make my trip even better than I had planned myself.

Efficient studio served family of 5 well!

Our host, Joseph, was exemplary from booking all the way through check-out. Very detailed. Very helpful. He genuinely wants you to have a great stay. The studio is exactly as described and pictured. No surprises. It included everything our family of five needed for a fun, relaxing ski trip. The location was great -- a straight easy walk to the American Flyer lift. Parking, ski locker, hot tub and other building amenities were great. The studio was efficiently designed and at the end of the hall (so less neighbors). We had no trouble with the sleeping arrangements or the cooking and eating arrangements for the five of us. The updated tub/shower was wonderful after a long day on the slopes and the added vanity outside the bathroom was helpful for our size group. We would gladly stay there again.

Great Cozy Location!
