This recently renovated Ten Mile Haus condominium is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit that Sleeps 6 people. In the Master Bedroom, there is a queen size bed. Other bedding within the residence includes a queen size bed in the 2nd Bedroom. Amenities in this spacious condo include a Gas burning Fireplace, TV, DVD player, and, Full Size Kitchen. This unit is "Ski-in/Walk-out" and only a short distance from the American Eagle and American Flyer Lifts. The large 1,120 square foot floor plan gives plenty of room to relax. The building has indoor, covered parking, community Laundry Facilities. Right on the Condo Access ski run! Ten Mile Haus #A3 is ideal for families or groups and is a short 2 min. walk distance from the Center Village at Copper Mountain. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72359 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Adequate

We were in Copper for a charity bike ride. Location is perfect in Copper Village. The unit is adequate. Has not been updated for many years and could use a refresh. Also the window from upstairs bedroom faces a busy street so leaving it open at night was a challenge.

Ski trip

This property is great for a friend ski trip. It sleeps 8 but more than 6 adults would be tight. It does have ski out access but you need to be able ski steep blues to use that otherwise the shuttle service is very easy and convenient. Parking was great, reasonable price. Would recommend

Family ski trip

Location was excellent and it was described properly as a walk out and ski in condo. Kitchen was well supplied. I would stay here again.

Family ski trip

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were a group of seven. The kitchen is well stocked, there are tons of hooks to hang all of your ski gear, cubbies for boots. We found it easier to walk out/in. The cons were the beds and pillows. The pillows were all flat took multiple pillows to get comfortable. The beds were sagging in the middle and just uncomfortable. After a long day of skiing/boarding the beds definitely added to the stiffness in the morning. None of us slept well.

Great property

It had everything we needed; 3 min walk to Center Village and 6 min walk to American Eagle Lift. If you have new skiers and are going to west village for lessons, it's not as convenient if they need to carry equipment and cannot ski long beginner runs.

Good Stay at 10 Mile House Condo, A3

Good experience in condo A3. The condo was as advertised though felt small with the 7 people we had. I think the pictures make it look bigger than it is. The bedroom/bathroom configuration was a little strange with the bunk bed room being the only room attached to a bathroom. But, the location was good as long as you are not expecting total ski in-ski out (you could sort of ski-in if you didn't miss the turn). It was a short walk to the main village and lifts and when we had a minor problem (sink was clogged) someone was out to fix it immediately, even though it was New Year's Eve. In addition, the check in/check out process could not have been easier.

Good location

Overall a good experience. Downside is hauling all of the gear & luggage up a flight of stairs. Also, beware the parking garage. You cannot drive in with skis on top of an SUV. It will rip them off. Even with just the ski rack after removing gear there was about 1” of clearance.

Great location, but could use better beds.

My family is a frequent VRBO user. Finding helpful and accurate reviews is hard, so I try to be fair and accurate for the next person as it helps honor those who rely on VRBO as a source for good lodging. With that being said. . . This place has an excellent location. You can walk out to the slopes and ski to the condo and it's a very short walk to the center village. The place is comfortable and cozy downstairs, with comfortable couches and open kitchen for being together during meals and after the meals. For a family of 5 it was a great size. Loved all the cubby and hooks for ski/snowboard gear. Nice touch. Parking garage is nice, but will not fit any tall vehicle over 6'8''. We had a lifted 4x4 so it didn't fit, but there was parking just outside, so not an issue if you don't mind removing snow. Some trucks and Sprinter Vans will not fit. We were not there on a holiday so plenty of parking outside. Kitchen solid for breakfast but if you plan on doing any major meal prep, it is limited on some the more detailed items one might find in a kitchen of place use frequently and managed by an owner rather than a management company. But completely workable and a comforatble table for six, which was great. The downstairs layout it nice and comfortable. Humidifiers: The owners did have a humidifer in the bathroom closet, which we used and was awesome. In the cold dry climate, it made the condo feel great. For those of you who ski in the cold winter months you will appreciate this. Bathrooms were solid, the water pressure and warm water plentiful, but not exceptional in any other way. The upstairs bathroom would pass for a college dorm room bathroom, clean but needed some TLC. Beds: This was the bump for us. Our family Mom/Dad and 3 grown kids. The queen bed in one room was comfortable and good. The other queen bed was fine with one person on it, but with two it sank in the middle. The bunk beds for our two sons who are 6' tall were not big enough for them, they are meant for true kids, so don't try to use with adults or tall grown family members. If you are not a stickler for great sleeping accomodations, this place is great with a great location. It isn't high class, stuffy, but more like your grandma's place that would be great for getting a family as close to the slopes as possible.

Ski in condo at Ten Mile Haus

Our family enjoyed our stay at Ten Mile Haus in Center Village. The space on the first floor was great for hanging out after a day of skiing and the beds upstairs served our group well. Temperature was tough to regulate in the condo so we had to open windows to cool it down but overall it was a good spot! We love Copper.

Great location

Perfect for what you need! Close to center village. Can definitely ski in! A little older but works just fine for a group or family. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 1 bath. Add'l bath downstairs. Hot tub is a little small so caution if there is another group at the same time...but that is minor in the scheme of things.

Great overall

Arrangements were easy and true. Location just a walk to central village lifts was great. Unit is a bit older and the absence of in unit washer and dryer with a three bedroom that fits two families was a let down. Had no maintenance issues and appreciated that we were able to have multiple cars for free. The garages are low though so not all SUV, vans with car top carriers/racks can fit. Thanks!

The condo was clean & kitchen well stocked. Appreciated the extra towels, blankets, & pillows.

The location was great, just a 5 minute walk to center village. The only thing we didn’t care for was the fact that the master bedroom did not have a bathroom. We were surprised we had to walk downstairs to access the restroom. Overall, a good place to stay !

Condo location was excellent!

This was definitely an older model -however it was comfortable and clean. The location of one of the bathrooms wasn’t very convenient to two of the bedrooms but we made it work. There were plenty of pots, pans, glasses and dishes. Could have used more cooking utensils. We had zero problems fitting our Chevy Suburban in the parking garage. Overall it was a great place to stay with 4 teenage boys. Thanks!

The condo is okay but dated. We felt it was overpriced when compared to the quality of all of the other places we have stayed. The biggest complaint was the lack of cleanliness. It was obviously not cleaned before our arrival. There were crumbs on the counter and kitchen floor and just didn't seem very clean overall. Also, our car would not fit in the garage with a ski rack so we had to park down the street. It's a Chevy Tahoe that's not lifted or anything. The other family has a Toyota 4Runner that would fit but we had to take the skis off first which was a pain. Both families agreed that we would not be staying here again.

Comfortable, but not fancy.

Enjoyed the underground parking since it snowed while we were there. We do alot of cooking and found the kitchen to be lacking pots/utensils that would have been useful. Kitchen chairs were creaky when sat upon. All bedrooms are upstairs. Very noisy at night with snow removal. The fireplace was enjoyable and locker for skiis was handy. Meet our needs. Comfortable, But not fancy. Further walk to the lift than expected.
