"The power went out, the HVAC and lighting wasn’t updated since the 80s, and the keycards had to be reset every day. The window was broken too. If I could get my money back I’d want it."

"I did not get the house that I booked. The host tried to fast talk me into telling me that this was an upgrade, but it did not accommodate my total party. We had to sleep in the living room. They switch all of our booking without even letting me know. Never reached out. Then when she finally called, she made it seem like she was doing me a favor (her words exactly) and said she could have just canceled without even giving me a notice and I should be thankful. There was a part of the house closed off, and she had someone else staying there. I had to place something on the door for security to make sure no one entered. I will not be booking with this property again. She had no empathy and was not concern about me or my guest. "

"This is an overpriced old, outdated dump. Hilton owns all the three hotels on this island and they ALL charge at least double what they're worth. Everything is old.........very old and very worn. I only stay here as I have business to attend to on that island so it makes sense. I just checked out on 4/12/26...................and every time I leave, I feel dirty and ripped off."

"We booked this hotel for the hot tub. When we arrived we walked the property and everything looked great so we went to dinner and came back to get on the hot tub. We couldn't figure out how to turn it on so we went to the front desk and the guy behind the counter said oh yeah it's broken...... There were no signs no indication it was out of order we won't be back"
