"Door Key card kept not working, the complex smells like feces outside at least on the southern side, tv would not change channel spent about an hour trying to fix it and got stuck with a shower about pimple popping. the room smelled questionable even for a smoking room. The staff at the counter however were very nice and professional even when facing my frustruation."

"Extremely disappointing stay. Upon arrival, the bed sheets were visibly dirty and had clearly not been changed. We reported it to the front desk, but staff showed little concern and did not offer another room or meaningful solution. After already unloading our belongings and being exhausted from travel, we changed the sheets ourselves just to get some sleep. The property overall felt very unclean and smelled heavily of marijuana smoke throughout. The following morning we discovered cockroaches in the bathroom towels and black mold in the bathtub area. These are basic sanitation issues that should never be present in a guest room. We attempted to resolve the matter through Hotels.com afterward, but the property denied any refund or adjustment despite the documented conditions and photos. This was not just an outdated budget motel — it was unsanitary and poorly managed. I would caution anywhere looking to stay here."

"Very clean room, bathroom, and overall the whole building. The location is right off the interstate 40. Super comfortable bed. The hotel is almost brand new. The parking is plentiful. Recommend going to Empire Slice House nearby."

"Lisa was a great host. Was very responsive to emails. The rooms and kitchen were clean. A couple of issues There was very little hot water in the shower and the couch was uncomfortable to sit on. There were a variety of movies to watch if you wanted to."

"I’m usually not to keen about rooms with outside entrances, but I was able to park right in front of my room. The desk staff was great in finding me a ground floor room, as I don’t maneuver stairs very well."
