"The hotel was a big disappointment. We stayed here for 1 night and had booked 3 rooms. There was no ventilation in the rooms and all the rooms were smelly. There were also cockroaches in the rooms. When we complained no action was taken. The hotel is family run and the hotel staff is highly unprofessional. The hotel also refused to accept credit card payment and we had to run around for an ATM. All in all for the hefty price we paid - this hotel was a big rip off."

I booked and prepaid a Deluxe Room at Sakthi Holidays Inn via Expedia.de. Upon arrival, the hotel denied our stay, claiming they had no record of our reservation, despite me showing them confirmation of booking and invoice. "Very old rundown building, can't call it hotel. There is construction going on and workers everywhere, clothes hanging. Layout does'nt look like hotel. Room is very dirty, congested and uncomfortable. AC and hot water not working. Overall filthy place, not a hotel."
