Among arrival we were very disappointed. bathroom doesn’t match the images. The shower rail fell down and hit my friend on her head, which left her with a severe bump and when we complained, we were dealt with abuse from the owner, who was very dismissive and aggressive about her injuries. There was no shower head holder we had to hold it up with our hands, the plug hole could not deal with the flow of water and a puddle formed in the tray no more then 5 minutes in. We are both 18 year old girls and we’re very polite with the owner however he was very aggressive and threatened to evict us, and very clearly has an issue with English people.

Mi aspettavo di meglio..stanza nelle dimensioni normali Unico difetto e ve lo dico balcone che affaccia vicino agli alberi. E questo unico problema..api,zanzare infinite ecc..non so quanti morti ho fatto in faccia a quel muro. Super market subito giú all'hotel

DÉCONSEILLÉ

Annonce et photos non conformes à la réalité (jolies photos de l’hotel qui se situe en face). Accueil fort désagréable, deux femmes nous ont “accueillis” en nous parlant à travers la fenêtre de leur maison derrière la moustiquaire, elles faisaient partie du personnel du Natalia pourtant nous les dérangions vu le comportement. Chambre sale dans l’ensemble à part la salle de bain. Lit qui se déboîte et même pas de papier toilette, qu’un jeu de serviette alors que nous étions deux. Très très bruyant la nuit surtout !
