The Hotel was very clean, and the staff was very nice , i dont know why people are blame them, and complaining about the place.. They are cleaning everyday, there is no bad small at all, the breakfast is the same everyday you have 3 choices, but its free , and the Hotel place is next to the party road" so of course its a bit loud, but this you should accept when you reserve.. :)

Great stay -super clean hotel

The hotel is spotless, Maria and Chris on reception are fab. The bathrooms are tiny as is the shower, but I had an amazing stay here. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the pool (cold) is great and there is a really friendly atmosphere. It's location is great, a short walk in either direction for food and nightlife.

good clean rooms but shocking front desk service

My arrival caused some shock wave throughout the hotel. Lady at the front desk got in touch with somebody on the phone and after about 20 min announced that my 'confirmed guaranteed' booking needs to be cancelled as they can't provide room because contracted quota of rooms from hotels.com is for next year not this year. She basically made it look like it's my problem that they accepted a booking. I had to make international call to customer service who again got in touch with hotel which eventually booked me in. No 'We're sorry' or any kind of apology from the hotel what so ever not even thanks for staying when we checked out. Hotel itself was clean and appeared looked after but staff was very rude. Later in the evening all guests could hear through their balcony's staff arguing and shouting to each other in the outdoor pool area. Simply shocking.

Soggiorno da incubo

L`hotel é ubicato praticamente a Kàvos, paese "discoteca", musica altissima fino alle 4 di notte e il Lefkimi é proprio sulla via principale, caos fuori e caos dentro, clienti in maggioranza molto giovani e tutti ubriachi molesti alla notte, al mattino fino alle 10.30 negozi chiusi. Inoltre fa molto caldo anche di notte, tantissime zanzare e nonostante nella prenotazione fosse specificato che la camera era dotata di ARIA CONDIZIONATA, in realtà per poterla usare bisogna pagare € 8,00 in + al giorno, l`addetta alla reception sgradevole e arrogante. Inoltre la colazione inclusa é ridicola: si può solo scegliere tra un toast (fetta di pane con 1 mini porzione di margarina e 1 di marmellata orribile oppure una ciotola con corn flakes appena bagnati dal latte. Il wifi utilizzabile solo in reception o piscina (chiusa di sera) SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE IL SOGGIORNO

Se vi piace il baccano, la movida e le disco-pub, questo é l'hotel che fa per voi. Hotel nel bel mezzo di tutte le più rumorose discoteche di Kavos, inutile a dirsi che fino alle 5 del mattino non se ne parla di dormire. Nel pacchetto era inclusa colazione e wifi nelle aree comuni: bene, a colazione si poteva scegliere niente poco di meno di o due fette di pane tostato (freddo) o cereali, con o te o caffè (solubile). Per poi non dire che la misera colazione è servita dalle 7 alle 9, cosa che non ci è stata riferita all'arrivo, e il primo giorno abbiamo perso il servizio...(giustamente fino alle 5 sveglie per la musica abbiamo riposato fino alle 9)... Per quanto riguarda il wifi era presente solo ed esclusivamente in piscina dalle 10 alle 18.15, dove prendeva una volta si e 10 no (la volta in cui prendeva inviava un messaggio di whats app dopo 10 min). Gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati una volta in 5 giorni. Uno di questi giorni la stanza era ancora da pulire alle 5 di pomeriggio. L'aria condizionata (sempre compresa nel pacchetto) era a pagamento. Il personale è stato abbastanza cortese, ma la caduta di stile si è presentata quando ci hanno fatto lasciare (quasi obbligatoriamente) gli oggetti di valore nella cassaforte personale all'entrata, e ovviamente solo dopo aver usufruito di questo "servizio" ci è stato detto che era a pagamento. Stanze non orribili ma con il giusto indispensabile per sopravvivere. Non penso ci tornerei
