The hotel was a great base for exploring Corfu Old Town. There are bus stops right by the hotel or it is a pleasant walk round the bay with plenty of excellent tavernas nearby.

The buffet dinner was excellent and was full of options. We greatly enjoyed the live music on the outdoor patio. The rooms are small but comfortable. That said, the bathroom was so small that the door hit the toilet!

This hotel was nicer than I expected. It’s on the outskirts of old town but still walkable if you wanted to. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast/Dinner buffet very well stocked. The rooms I had was spacious with a nice view. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only CON was street parking limited. No fault of the hotel.

Very dated hotel. In urgent need of refurbishment.Rooms very basic mattress hard on beds. Nice view as a sea view room. Bathroom was terribly old fashioned with a shower curtain over the bath. Difficult to access if any mobility issues. Breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of choice. Very small outdoor space with tiny cold pool and small number of sun loungers although they were comfortable. Located in a nice foot by the sea. However I would not stay again unless the hotel had been refurbished.

Staff were amazing. Breakfast was amazing. Location nice. Beds are hard as boards but the ac runs very cold. Floors and toilets dated and leaky. Room was quiet. Pool was nice but shallow so it was warm water and closes at 6pm.

This was our fourth visit to Mon Repos Palace hotel. We want to mention Leena on reception, who always makes us feel so welcome when we arrive and throughout our stay. The hotel is clean and full of character. We had a great room on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the sea, Corfu old town, and the fortress. Breakfast is first class, with an incredible variety of fresh food on offer. The staff are polite and friendly, always willing to help with a smile. The hotel is located just steps from the seafront, and a 25 minute walk into the old town although taxis and buses are available too. The pool area, while not large and with a limited number of sunbeds, suits the hotel - we always got a space. The hotel bar serves excellent cocktails at reasonable prices. There are a few supermarkets within easy walking distance, and plenty of excellent restaurants and Tavernas if you choose the bed and breakfast option. Mon Repos is a wonderful area to stay so peaceful, picturesque, and just a five-minute taxi ride from the airport. We can't wait to see you all again! Laura & Chris Handshaw
