The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, a large sitting room, a large balcony, and a private garden with a stunning 270° view. Also new for 2025 - an Infinity Pool!! A family-friendly “home from home”.

Rose Villa is set back into the hillside overlooking Agios Stefanos, within walking distance of the neighboring resort, Arillas, both of which boast wonderful sandy beaches and clear water. Convenient for local bars, tavernas, “free to use swimming pools” and shops, with a choice of beaches.

lovely home -Corfu

We rented this home for our (first ever)trip to Greece. A place with beautiful views and close to a sandy beach, was very important to us. Our experience was exceptional! The communication & information we received was first class. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, & in a wonderful location. You are within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and a wonderful sandy beach. We hope to be back on a yearly basis, to this beautiful area of the island, and to this home, which was so graciously, and thoughtfully shared with us. Agios Stefanos, and Rose Villa, has captured our hearts.
