The villa is surrounded by more than 4.000 m2 of garden overlooking the olive grove and the valley. The villa is also surrounded by terraces. Isolated in the middle of olive tree plantation but close enough of the village and all is facilities as Supermarket, Restaurants, Tavernas, Medical Post, Bakeries, ... the villa is surounded by nature and offer a panoramic view on the dramatic coast of Paleokastritsa. A unique gem. The area of Liapades has 12 small beaches. Some of them are accessible on foot and some of them accessible only by boat. Boat service offered in the central beach of Liapades or in Paleokastritsa. If you want to rent a boat at a good price, ask us first as we have an agreement with a rental boat company of Paleokastritsa.
