The 75 m² "Rosengarten" apartment is located on Heiglerhof, a working dairy farm above Steinegg in the Eisack Valley—perfect for families and couples. Cows, calves, chickens, and cats make your stay an experience for all ages.



Located on the second floor, the apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. It features two double bedrooms, one with an additional sofa bed for two—ideal for families or friends. The well-equipped kitchen-living room and bathroom provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Dish soap, kitchen towels, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided. Enjoy breathtaking Dolomite views from the balcony—perfect for breakfast in the morning sun.



A daily bread delivery service with croissants, fresh rolls, and farm-fresh milk, eggs, and jam is available on request. A highlight is the shared outdoor sauna with panoramic views—ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking or skiing. Wi-Fi, baby cot, children's bed, and high chair are available free of charge.
