"This is the worse Novotel I've ever stayed at. The location was in a bad area with a lot of trash outside of the parking lot. There are insects everywhere in the hotel and flies in the room. We were in floor 1 room 123. When we first checked our room, we noticed the red sheet had dead bugs in it and there were makeup stains. We told check in people and they sent up someone to change the sheets but while he was changing it he kept complaining that he put new sheets initially and he didn't know...

"This hotel would be perfect but unfortunately it’s never going to be. We stayed there to catch an early flight the next morning out of Milan. There is a club that played POUNDING music and I mean absolutely pounding music until 4am. Our flight was at 7am. We got maybe 1 hour of sleep, going to sleep at 10pm. A restless night. As we were leaving the front desk manager was rude, chuckling at us as we told him we left our key in our room. He then didn’t comment at all about the noise that went on...

"Good price, 10 minute walk or less to the M2 that takes you into Milano city center. They have underground and above ground free parking. They offer breakfast, the rooms were clean and they spoke English."
