"Hot tub and pool were great. It was about a 20 minute drive to Downtown Omaha, so a good amount in my book. It would’ve been nice to know about the construction going on though. The other guests were the worst part. We had to move rooms because someone was smoking weed in their room. The gentleman at the front desk did promptly offer to have us change rooms, which was very nice. "

"Clean rooms, pleasant check-in. Bathroom was small. Breakfast was ok with a fair selection but just not high quality food. "

"The sausage gravy was luke warm. Since I was eating at 8:30 and I figured it had been sitting there since 5:30 I was afraid to eat it. I threw it in the trash. At 3:30-4:00 there was loud door slamming for an hour or so. I thought it sounded like deliveries. It was loud enough to wake up up. The toilet paper was too far from the stool. I probably won’t stay there again."

"I cant say enough good things about front desk staff. Very pleasant and helpful, especially A young lady named Paige. She even went to our room after check-in to make sure it was clean! Bad was returning to our room after being out for the day was that by 7:30 pm our room had never been cleaned. I was not happy as I had tipped house cleaning the prior day. Luck for us, Paige did bring us clean towels. Rest of stay was great "

"The Woodland Retreat is a little slice of heaven. It was absolute zen to enjoy coffee each morning while overlooking the peaceful forest behind this beautiful home. The bird chatter was the soundtrack of every lovely day, and the song of coyotes was an enchanting melody to hear before bed. One of the highlights of each day was getting to watch the handsome wild turkeys that live in Fontenelle Forest behind the home, they were so charming and entertaining.The amenities were endless in this exceptional home; thoughtful extras, luxury bath products, a variety of cozy blankets, a chef's dream kitchen, abundant outdoor gathering space, marvelous beds and bedding, and a million other details combined to create a luxe vacation to remember. Not to mention the dream location, so convenient to shopping, entertainment, etc. yet felt like we were in a secluded forest sanctuary.The property manager Tara was a dream to communicate with. She was prompt in answering any questions we had and truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a family gathering that created just the sweetest memories. We will definitely return to this treasure of a rental."
