"Overall, the property is beautiful. The location and the atmosphere is great and the view amazing. We struggled a bit finding the location after long travel journey. Suggest better instruction on finding place (e.g. find 198 bar and go down stairs to patio bar-door across patio). Our fan in bedroom did not work and only suggestion was to have a try at another plug. My expectation was that someone would come, check it and replace immediately if not working. Likewise our A/C did not work...

"The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etc…. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."

"The room in the bathroom were very clean, but small as our most hotel rooms in Italy. They bad was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel staff were outstanding. He welcomed us at the door and carried our luggage up the flight of steps for us he also gave us suggestions on where to go and what to see that we’re very helpful. The breakfast that came with the room was very good and included omelettes if you wanted it. The hotel is in a great location one block from the train station, but you could not hear the trains going by. I felt it was a great value and would recommend others to stay there. Eric T."

"The hotel lobby vibe is very energetic and positive. The staffs are amazing and helpful. My room is on the first floor with no lift access and they help us to bring up to our room and carry it down for check out. I had an injury of my wrist and needed ice compression and they were very kind to give me the ice pack for free. However, room is slightly cramped for 2 30” luggages"

The views from my room were unbelievable, offering breathtaking scenery that made my stay even more memorable. And we enjoyed a great breakfast with plenty of delicious options to choose from. "We spent two nights here during our stay in the CT. The staff was wonderful : very accommodating, friendly and hospitable! The restaurant located in the hotel is exceptional! Every meal we had there was beautifully plated, tasted amazing and very authentic. We even saw the chef rolling out the gnocchi in the afternoon for dinner service. The rooms are a little dated and need some updating, but the pool is beautiful and location is convenient to the train station. Definitely call for the shuttle, because climbing that hill in July was BRUTAL! That was our fault for trying it though! Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and the restaurant is really worth the trip alone!"
