"Disappointed about the vacant lot in front of the building. Hoping there are plans for that lot as there is a nice outdoor patio right there. Also wish there was a larger restaurant. "

"Breakfast was great room was clean. Key didn’t work when I got there they asked me to come back down. Bringing new key up would have been a bit better so I didn’t have to. That was a big expectation for price paid. "

"There was an event going on and we waited over 30 minutes for an elevator. Then we ended up having to take the stairs everytime up and fown which was 11 floors to our room. It was loud all night long. People running up and dowm the hall, yelling until atleast 1:30am. "

"The photos alone do not do this place justice! Walking into the home was a sight to see. Beautiful art as well as a great selection of books on display.The host was an incredible help to us as well! We had a last minute situation where us & 4 dogs needed a place to stay from early afternoon to later in the day. The host was able to assist us with both an early Check-in, as well as asking if we needed any accommodations and/or aid while settling in! I have many experiences using Vrbo & other similar sites for Albany, but no other host has matched up to the communication and assistance that I’ve received here!I wish I needed this location for a night out in Albany with my partner because it is definitely a location to check out! Maybe next time : )Thank you for all of the accommodations for my mother, my dogs, and I!"

"Basic, clean apartment. Perfect for a quick mid-travel overnight with two kids. Host was communicative and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again!"
