The hotel was overall great with fantastic staff! The only minor drawbacks were that our door didn't close automatically and parking near the property was tricky unless you got lucky with street parking.

Nice furniture and layout. Property was clean and modern. Breakfast was a disaster- took 45 minutes to get a simple breakfast of eggs and bacon. Room was nice, but shower doors did not stay closed- maintenance and management issue!!

Clean room, a very nice location. A walk to the Gaffer district is doable but not too close. The street parking is available at the Gaffer district and there is also a parking garage, so we drove form the hotel to dine out. Very clean, nice and quiet, and nice view. Highly recommend.

A well-maintained proper hotel and clean venue. Room is comfy. I will recommend to book with breakfast included rate. Breakfast portion size was definitely enough to fuel you for a long while. This was from our one night stay experience.

The location was very convenient as we could walk to the Corning Glass Museum. Several restaurants were also within a short driving distance from the hotel. There was ample parking space as well. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed only one night but as the check-out was at noon, we were not rushed. The only drawback was that the body lotion container was empty and had not been replenished. Full breakfast was served at the restaurant, with several choices at reasonable price and coffee and juice were included at no extra cost.

This was a nice hotel in a great location to stay for our stop. The staff greeted us immediately and was helpful on the area. She tried to get us a room with a river view but since they were fully booked she couldn’t. The room overall was great but the view outside the window was of a box surrounding the a/c units on the roof since we faced the lobby side so that blocked any view. Hotel is in very close proximity to restaurants and shopping on the other side of the river and the Corning Museum of Glass.
