The Place at Page Springs is a peaceful countryside retreat with four unique homes on three scenic acres. Guests share access to inviting amenities including a pool, hot tub, creek access, and outdoor gathering spaces — all part of what makes this property so special.
In autumn, the property comes alive with color as the many trees shift into brilliant shades of gold and crimson. Relax to the soothing sounds of Oak Creek, framed by vibrant fall foliage, or gather under the canopy of changing leaves for yoga, outdoor dining, or a friendly game of volleyball on the lawn. Depending on the season, you might also enjoy picking apples, apricots, peaches, or pomegranates right from the trees. With hiking, wineries, fishing, birdwatching, and stargazing all nearby, every season offers its own charm — but fall is truly breathtaking.
You’ll love being in the heart of Arizona’s wine country. Within minutes, you can visit five local wineries: Cove Mesa, Page Springs Cellars, Oak Creek Vineyards, Javelina Leap, and DA Ranch. Sedona and Historic Cottonwood are just 15 minutes away, Jerome is 30 minutes, and the Grand Canyon is only 2.5 hours from your doorstep.

Guests of The Tree House enjoy shared resort-style amenities: an unheated pool, hot tub, pool bar, grills, outdoor dining area, fire pit, creek access, and outdoor gathering spaces.
Perched on stilts and tucked beneath a whimsical Catalpa tree, this hideaway feels both secluded and welcoming. A natural spring flows beneath the entry walkway, and the expansive deck offers the perfect spot to soak up Arizona’s sunny skies.
Inside, warm wood finishes and abundant natural light create a cozy retreat designed for two. Whether you’re escaping winter snow, seeking a romantic getaway, or simply craving a slower pace, the Tree House offers comfort, charm, and connection — all in a beautiful countryside setting.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
✔ The Place is bordered by a working vineyard. Occasionally there can be some noise from agricultural equipment tending to the vines. Between late February and early May, the vineyard may run a frost fan on chilly nights when temperatures dip below 34°. The fan circulates air to protect the vines and usually runs only briefly
✔ Being in a rural, creekside setting, you may encounter insects, especially near water in warmer months. Professional pest control is in place, but the occasional bug indoors or outside is part of the environment. Closing doors and turning off outdoor lights helps
✔ The pool and hot tub are serviced daily, though leaves may gather. You may also see seasonal groundskeeping
✔ Page Springs Road provides access to wineries and recreation, which can cause some daytime traffic noise, but evenings are generally quiet

✔ Help us preserve the serenity and safety of this property by following the rules. Violations may result in cancellation without refund
✔ Children & safety: Because of open water, elevated terrain, and shared spaces, the property may not be suitable for children under 12. Children must always be under active adult supervision
✔ Check-in / Check-out: Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM. No early arrivals or late check-outs
✔ Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM daily
✔ Shared spaces: Please be respectful of others enjoying communal areas
✔ Pets: No pets. Evidence = $500 sanitizing fee plus canceled reservation without refund
✔ Age & booking: Primary guest must be 25+ and present during stay. No third-party bookings
✔ Occupancy: Max occupancy is 3 guests. All guests must be listed on the reservation. No unregistered guests or visitors are permitted
✔ Pool & creek: No lifeguard on duty, registered guests only, use at own risk. Store personal items inside when not in use. No food, sunscreen, or lotions in the hot tub. Rinse before entry
✔ Noise & events: No events, parties, elopements, weddings, commercial photography, or amplified music
✔ Smoking & fire safety: No smoking, vaping, fireworks, candles, fire pits, or open flames. Evidence of smoking indoors = $1,000 remediation fee. Firearms prohibited. Fireplaces may only be used when restrictions are not in effect
✔ Thermostats: Thermostats are preset and locked. Do not adjust below 67°F in cooling months or make unauthorized changes. Guests are responsible for repair costs if tampered with
✔ Property use & care: Please pick up after use of shared areas. Do not move furniture or unplug/tamper with electronics. Toilet paper only in toilets; waste bags provided. No hair dye (cleaning fees apply if stained)
✔ Parking: Park only in your designated space. No parking on grass. No tents, RVs, trailers, OHVs, or EV charging
✔ Mail & deliveries: No mail or packages may be delivered to the property
✔ Left behind items: Returned items incur a $25 shipping/handling fee. Items unclaimed after 14 days will be donated or discarded
TRUVI IDENTITY VERIFICATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT
✔ Guests must complete TRUVI ID verification ($10 non-refundable authorization fee) within 24 hours of booking. You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the process. This step is required to finalize your reservation. Failure to complete will result in cancellation, potentially without refund
