Electric heating. 15 minutes from southern Rennes by expressway, very beautiful restored farmhouse comprising two gites with access, terrace and private enclosed garden. You are in unspoilt countryside with hiking opportunities, lake with fishing 1 km away. Parking under courtyard. 1 km from shops. Bus and TER Rennes/Corps Nuds.
