Drive up to your assigned parking spot and within a few short steps you'll be able to relax on the balcony of this ground floor condo and enjoy beach living at its best!. The condo is nicely renovated - a mix of tile and wood flooring with stylishly upgraded cabinetry throughout. The master bedroom is en suite and both bedrooms offer a comfortable beds (master is king size, second bedroom is queen size) along with spacious walk-in closets where you will find a pack n' play (you supply sheets), a queen size fold out mattress and extra sets of queen sheets. The living area also has a queen sleeper sofa.

You can save packing space as the condo has ample towels for use in the condo and beach towels for use at the beach. A washer and dryer is provided with detergent so you can wash the day's sand away and be ready for tomorrow's island adventure.

For at home relaxation enjoy the flat screen TVs available in the living room and in both bedrooms. A selection of DVD movies and a smart app BluRay player are available for your enjoyment. Wireless internet available for those who wish to stay connected. In the living room you'll find a supply of games for family entertainment on display and tidied away in the wicker center piece.All TVs offer digital streaming service.

You can prepare tasty meals with the well supplied kitchen which offers everything from cookware and dishes for your needs, basics such as a microwave and toaster and perks such as a Keurig Coffee maker (just bring your pods), blender and an ice maker. Plan your adventures from the comfort of the condo and the visitors guides available to you (living area basket).

Take a short walk to Whitecap beach to enjoy North Padre Island coast line. For fun beach times use the boogie boards provided for your convenience. Be prepared to become hooked on North Padre when you discover its rich offerings - the beautiful Padre National Seashore is just a short drive away offering spectacular beaches and trails. Be sure to visit Mustang Island State Park where you can fish off the pier. Other activities to keep you busy include the Texas Sealife Center, horse riding on the beach, surfing and windsurfing. Venturing further afield to Corpus Christi allows you to visit the Texas State Aquarium, South Texas Botanical Gardens, Studio C art gallery and the USS Lexington to name just a few attractions.

On site at the condo resort you will find a gorgeous swimming pool, hot tub, dry sauna, business center, horseshoe pit, and car wash. You can even fish at the on-site pond! Wi-Fi is available at the gazebo, pool area, and in the club house for your convenience. if you need to catch up on some exercise there is a newly renovated, 24 hour fitness center included in the clubhouse with a combination of treadmills, cable lifts, free weights and more.
