The staff were very friendly. I was able to walk to the ocean just across the street and there was a little pier. The fulton mansion was just right next door. It wasn't fancy but it was cozy and the price was right.

I needed a cheap place to lay my head while I got away on a solo fishing trip and this place did the trick. The room wasn't huge or anything but it was clean, comfy and the front desk lady was super nice. She was thrilled when she found out I was a teacher and walked me to my room to get me settled. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was great for the location. We only stayed one night, and it was fine for that. There were good dining options in walking distance, and it was a short drive to the beach. It is rated 2 stars, so I did not expect much. It was clean, but could use some repairs. They asked for a $50 cash deposit which I was not expecting, but was supposedly in the fine print. When I checked out, they did not offer it back. After I asked for my deposit, they inspected the room and returned my deposit. I suspect if I had not said anything, they would not have offered.

From the minute I drove onto the property the customer service was above and beyond. I stayed 4 nights, Monday through Friday. The owner's wife was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything. She is very welcoming and friendly. The cottages are located in a great spot, the pier is well maintained and so peaceful. My specific room was very clean when I arrived and had more than the website said, as far as a kitchen area. In fact, the room was much larger than I expected with a great seating area. The parking is great. You can park right next to, or in front of your room. There is a really nice pavillion area with picnic tables and bbq pits. Personally, I would not have even felt more comfortable in a 5 star hotel. I was alone this vacation, however my family will not stay anywhere else when we visit!! It's now my home away from home

Needs Updated and Good Cleaning

The lady during check-in was very friendly and nice. The check-in office was very messy and smelled bad. There were bags of what appeared to be dirty laundry stacked inside the check-in area. Someone had put fish in a trash can next to our cottage and the smell was horrible. The bathroom smelled very strong of urine, there was only half roll of toilet tissue, and the mirror was dirty.
