The location was great, the amenities were great, pool access was easy, pool area was clean except for one night after a number of children in the hot tub left it extremely cloudy, only two issues we had: 1) the condo was listed as a 1 bedroom 1Ba that accommodates 4 , there was no bedroom , this is a STUDIO, the King bed , sofa sleeper and small dinette, and small kitchen area were ALL one room approx 18x 20 feet.. and that was fine for my sin and I ( although I’m sure as a 17 yo he would have enjoyed some privacy and I would have mine as well) , so for me that affected the price point value!! If 4 people were to be in the condo it would be cramped.. 2) I was raised to always leave something in better condition than i found it, I had to clean the kitchen a little before use, the first morning i found the metal cooking sheet to be dirty and crusty with old residue from a previous bake, and much of the cooking utensils felt sticky or greasy…. I rewashes and all was good! But a better clean should have been done! All in all id absolutely stay in this facility again.. just a different or larger unit , making sure the description of the size was true and accurate!!! The Hosts were amazing and responsive!!! No problems other than mentioned!! Beach access was maybe 150 yards straight down the street , not an issue at all!
