- Dog-friendly property: Up to two dogs are permitted.
- Pet fees for stays of 1–29 days: $100 per pet plus a $25 cleaning fee.
- Pet fees for stays of 30 days or longer: $200 per pet plus a $100 cleaning fee.
- No smoking.
- The community pool is closed every Tuesday for cleaning, per HOA requirements.
